When a word ends with /fəL/, most of the time it is Suffix -FUL or ending -FLE.

If /fəL/ follows a base word, as in “fruitful”, then use Suffix f-FUL, which means “full of”.

If there is no base word, then use ending -FLE, which is a consonant+LE syllable, as in “shuffle”.
